iAppreciateYou is a free web app that shows affirmations, each with a short explanation and a reinforcement line. It requires no account, collects no personal information, and stores your saved lines and streak only in your own browser. There is no paid tier, subscription or in-app purchase.

The affirmations and explanations are general encouragement for personal reflection. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes and share individual affirmations, including by the Share button and the links it creates. You may not scrape, copy or republish the affirmation collection in bulk, misrepresent the Service as your own, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

The affirmation texts, explanations, reinforcement lines, design and brand of iAppreciateYou and NeoAesop are owned by PIGENAI LLC unless otherwise noted. Individual affirmations may be quoted with attribution to iAppreciateYou (iappreciateyou.neoaesop.com).
